Wonderful condo at the Summit

This condo was even better than advertised! There was an extra half-bath not included in the description that we found quite handy! Everything was spotless and comfortable, the beach view was gorgeous, and all amenities were as described. It was quiet and convenient in every way. Highly recommend this place and this unit!

Great!!

We had the best stay! The room was ready, cleaned, and stocked with the essentials that were mentioned. Washer and dryer worked great. Perfect location being above the pool for us to let the teen kids swim while we sat on the balcony or vise versa. Would 100% book again. The Summit has private beach, bar, and restaurant plus the two pools and two hotline. Makes it hard to want to leave.

Nice trip

Condo was nice with everything we needed. Its great being able to take the stairs from the 3rd floor if you want to. It was actually a nice family environment surprisingly with it being spring break. The lady working the office during the day was so helpful and sweet!

This property is well maintained and has everything you would ever need. My husband and I stayed for the month of February and we hope to return for many years to come. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking/baking. The Condo was very clean and the Location is ideal. The property manager was very attentive and relied immediately if we contacted her for anything!

Fall Break at The Summit

Our condo was great! Updated and looked exactly like the online pics! The elevators at the resort broke down very often so super long wait time to go up and down. I really wish the pool stayed open longer than 6:30-7:00pm. Hot tub broke down half of the stay. The outdoor hot tub had lots of flies that would bite you! The heated pool was nice but it wasnā€™t heated till the last 2 days of our stay.

Short summer getaway

Summit is an older property but a lot of the rooms have been updated over the last few years . Itā€™s also one of the cheaper per night properties in PCB if not you might want to shop around. Our room was updated and really nice and ac worked awesome!

Overall feedback

The condo and communication with property owners was really good. Would recommend them but not staying at the Summitt. Unfortunately we will not stay there again due to pools closing at 8:00 every night and Jay that rented out the chairs on the beach was one of the rudest people we have ever dealt with. He made our stay disappointing. Complained to Clair general manager at the Summitt and called his boss that owns that company.

LOVE!

We enjoyed this rental so much. Super clean, loved our first time at Sunbird. Nothing but positive things to say about the unit itself. The only downfall was the elevators kinda took awhile but nothing at fault at the owner, canā€™t wait to stay again! Really enjoyed the low level floor so that we could quickly take the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator.

Location, location, location!

You cannot get anymore perfectly positioned than third row center! It was perfect, just high enough to enjoy the visual of the ocean waves, and even more important the visual of 2 teenage boy crazed girls, and not so high that it wasnt a comfortable easy flight of stairs (for even the out of shape to handle :)) I loved that there was no need to wait on elevators. The condo was just perfect, and exactly as described. Communication was so easy and the owner so responsive when we had a question. This was a first trip back to PCB in several years. The girls loved parasailing, banana boat rides, and walking to Panama Willys for lunches. We so appreciate you sharing your home with us.

Easy access

This truly was the perfect place for my mom who is paralyzed and her 84 year old friend and I to stay. It was so joyful and wonderful. Everything is easily accessible. We were able to get to the beach without any fuss. People were kind.

Place was clean, well decorated, great view of pool and ocean. Unit was on third floor which was great and near elevator. Beach was close to condo , not a lot of walking. Plenty of parking. The bedroom was down hall from living room as I liked because my husband watches TV late and is loud as he canā€™t hear well !! It was also close to all our favorite restaurants. Will definitely rent again.

Nice Place

We had stayed at this condo complex before, but not through an individual private unit. This unit was clean, updated, and the property manager responded quickly when needed. We needed to contact the property manager twice - but not for anything urgent. We needed the key code to the beach gate which had recently been updated from the code provided in the check-in instructions sent. We also had to contact her because the wifi connection was interrupted and the TV would not work without wifi since it is a smart TV. She called for assistance and someone was at our door to fix it within 5 minutes. The condo setting is nice with a washer/dryer in the room and a full kitchen. This allowed us to prepare some meals at "home" vs. having to go out to eat. The only downfall was we stayed during "off-season," so the amenities were not open such as the tiki bar, the snack shop, or the food shack. In addition, the pools and hottub closed 30 minutes before sunset - which was 4:45 pm at the end of December. We ended up having to meet up with our friends at their hotel bar that was open and pool which was open until midnight. If I would have known the pools closed so early, we would have stayed somewhere different as we were traveling with 3 children who were looking forward to swimming. It is a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again, however I would recommend looking into what amenities are available during the time you are staying if that is important to you.

The property and everything around was absolutely amazing and BEAUTIFUL! The people there are so friendly and kind..most are..The only complaints I would have to have, Is the hot tubs did not work because of leaks. Was really looking forward to that.. Also win the Lyft driver dropped us off from airport, The security yelled at him for pulling over in the fire zone.. There was construction going on in front of the pulling so it was purely accident. And we would have only been there like a minute.. The tiki bar was only open one time while we were there during our stay.. The little convenience store thingy, Was very high priced. We bought a few items to play in the ocean with.. We walked to the end of the block and saw the same items for $12 cheaper! And the lady that worked there was a little rude.. But overall, I still think it was a five star and definitely will be back in May! Thank you for a great place to stay!
