Welcome to Beachy Dreams! Make yourself at home in our beautiful one-bedroom condo on the 12th floor in the Origin at Seahaven Resort! You'll find yourself just steps away from the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! The unique location provides picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico and West Bay.

Your stay at Beachy Dreams include two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella rental ($40/day value) during the season which typically runs March 15-Oct 31, but is dependent on the provider . These are provided by FunPCB.com and are conveniently located at the kiosk at the beach access for Origin Resort.

If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors without venturing to the beach, Origin Resort features a unique 4th floor pool that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is heated during the cooler seasons. A hot tub is also available on the 4th floor pool deck.

Our condo, "Beachy Dreams", features a spacious living area with a private balcony where you can watch the sunrise each morning. You'll also find a full kitchen, equipped with all you might need for dining in...or take a quick walk across the street to world-famous Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant to enjoy a meal. You're also across the street from Senor Frogs, a popular Mexican restaurant, a short walk from Runaway Island, for more upscale dining, and Barefoot Hide-A-Way Bar & Grill. Beachy Dreams is also located within walking distance of the new Top Golf (scheduled to open spring 2025).

The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day of fun at the beach, or shopping. Did we mention that Pier Park is less than a mile away? Pier Park is a tourist destination that features the Russell-Fields Pier, many restaurants, and a variety of shopping options.

The living room set up provides for spectacular views of PCB and West Bay. The sofa is a sofa/sleeper, which allows for 4 to sleep comfortably in the condo.

After a long day at the beach, relax on the 15th floor observation deck as you take in the spectacular sun as it sets over the Gulf of Mexico. Origin at Seahaven also features a fitness center , on-site market and restaurant, and a movie theater!
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Panama City Beaches. Features include a gym, a water park, and a hot tub. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the condo.

What a stunning condo! I couldn't be happier with our stay. My family had such a fantastic time enjoying the pool and soaking in the breathtaking views. Beachy Dreams was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well decorated. We enjoyed sunrises/ sunsets from the 15th floor observation deck. The beach is directly across the street from the condo. Fabulous! The pool & hot tub were also great. Pool water warmer than the air. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping near by.Our hosts were great to work with. Much thanks to them for everything.

The property is simply Awesome! Right across the street from the beach, plenty of Eatery as well, the pool, the game room, the movie theatre, the relaxing decks with grilling accessories… you really don’t have to go anywhere. We were basically, “At Home” away from home in our rental. The Owners were exceptional! We would definitely love to stay again.

A couples get-a-way

PCB Paradise

We stayed just shy of 3 weeks at this beautiful property. It is obvious that John & Tracy take a great deal of pride in their "dream". A very clean and well appointed home, made our stay just wonderful. Great views and location. We found the staff at Origin friendly and did a good job keeping the grounds tidy. The condo is in a perfect location! Close to the grocery, Pier Park, several restaurants and souvenir shops! The condo was spacious and there was plenty of room for me, my cousin and her two teen kids. The hosts were very responsive when I reached out with any questions. Wonderful Hosts - 5 STARS!

John and Tracy went above and beyond as our hosts. Great communication and willingness to work with us. We loved staying in their place with the oversized master suite and king sized bed, and they made it easy for our family to eat in when we wanted with their well supplied kitchen. Be very careful with parking! When in doubt, ask either John and Tracy or the property management before assuming you have the proper hang tag for the lot you're in! John and Tracy are wonderful (seriously!), but the property management and security team are unforgiving on this!

I really enjoyed my birthday vacation at Mr. John and Mrs. Tracy’s home. They were able to get my reservation in at the last minute. And everything in their home was so nice and clean. The thing that I enjoyed the most was going to the beach. I took my 12 year old son along and he enjoyed the pool and hot tub back at the condo. Overall, it was a great trip, and I would definitely like to stay here again in the future. Thanks again, Mr.&Mrs Turner making my birthday week at your home memorable!!!!!
