They use a strong cleaner that has a cleanser-type odor that I find overpowering. It is in the lobby and elevator especially, though not in the hallways or my room. Staff there are always nice and helpful.

Unfortunately the room was not serviced during the 3 night stay. I spoke to the front desk after the 2nd night and was assured it would be taken care of that day but it was not. Also, the room phone did not work and the shower supplies (body wash) was empty. Both of these items were brought to their attention as well.
