We enjoyed the comfortable bed and cleanliness. We noticed that the deadbolt lock did not work and forgot to report it since we only stayed 1 night. I will contact tge property today to mention that a repair is needed.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in & I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years. This is not a family friendly hotel. Workers didn’t even look at the itinerary to see how many people were staying. Only had three towels & two wash clothes. The fridge never got cold. The floors were extremely dirty. So dirty my 9 month old had black all over his feet and legs 30 mins after being in the room. The lady at the front desk said we couldn’t check in until 3pm because they were cleaning the room. But really it seemed like we waited an hour in the car for no reason. I understand check in time starts at 3pm and would’ve been more understandable had the rooms actually been cleaned. My wife and I ended up using disinfected wipes on everything, including the floor. We left the wipes in the room to show the workers how dirty the floors were. This is very unacceptable. We ended up checking out the next day, and letting the last night go down the drain..

We didn’t even stay there it was so horrid. Now we are having to fight to get our money back. This hotel is nothing like the pictures and the staff is RUDE!!
