Room 148 wardrobe was dusty. When I opened the door to hang clothes my sinus became inflamed. The next morning my face and eyes was puffy and swollen. The lady in the breakfast room was very rude she kicked me and my kids out of the dining room. Before we left to go to family for Thanksgiving, I put dirty linin on the floor so when housekeeping cleans the room, we could get fresh towels and wash cloths. When we return from family the pile of dirty laundry was in the same place I left it, so they didn't clean the room. I called front desk from the room and she never answered. I call with my cell phone she never answered. I had to send my husband to get fresh towels so we could take baths. I got up during the night to use bathroom and there were roaches crawling around on the floor. My family and I traveled a long way to spend time with our family, and the only disappointment was the hotel.

Pet allowed clean room peaceful but lady at front desk with short hair kimda older was alittle snobby and kindly rude if u carch my deift. Ive stayed there many timea never been charged a deposit and she tried charging me amd my 7 year old q 100 dollar depoait said her boss told gwr too.

The room was clean enough. A couple of old stickers and spots on the floor. There was an odd smell in the room when I walked in. Was going to burn an incense like I usually do during my hotel stays. But, it was a non smoking room. Yet, I'm satisfied with my stay, overall.
