Good for the price…. But…

The beach was amazing. The hotel was quiet, staff friendly. However the beds are SUPER uncomfortable, they creak a lot, the air filter was DISGUSTING. The pool and back walkway were clear and clean. The rooms could use some TLC. Not bad for a cheap stay if you’re not concerned with comfort.

Pretty Area right on the beach, photos are misleading, beds are older for sure you can feel the springs in the mattresses. The bathroom and shower and pretty gross, if you are here for just sleeping and bathing it works but it’s not the nicest hotel. The pool and picnic area is nice. But the rooms themselves are just okay

The property looks like they stop working in redemoletion at the moment. The elevator is in bad shape. My room 406 have main and balcony door in really bad shape; they doesn't close properly.

HIGHLY advise against.

When my family comes down for short periods of time or 2-3 times a year, we usually make it an effort to stay at Seahaven. The location is very ideal if you like to eat and shop. We love the opportunity to walk. However, this will be our last stay EVER with Seahaven. Our 1st room we got in, 2 days in, the ceiling started to crack above my son’s baby bed causing a water leak right over his head. The 1st night really started to drip (we thought it was the AC vent just holding moisture) it soaked my whole case with important documents inside and ruined a whole reading book. The next day we noticed it started to drip on his head, that’s when we went to the office. They moved us to another room on a different floor!! This took 2 hours out of our plans just to move rooms with no compensation. That room didn’t have smart tvs & my 3yo was very upset because the previous room had it (it’s 2025, come on). AND to beat it all, there wasn’t even a lock on our balcony door to keep the door shut. So we got switched to another room. Upon moving into this 3rd room, it didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. There was white residue ALL over the lamp in the living room. My daughter’s feet were instantly black! There was something poured down the wall in room1 that had acquired dust and dirt after not being cleaned up. The master king bed was nothing but springs. Over half the building is being worked on but no compensation or letting others aware of the work going on. Pool was NASTY,

I didnt like nothing, the staff was rude and verly speak English, the bathroom was nasty, the fridge was frozen over,, sand all over floor, site says you can see ocean from all rooms, if i did id had to stand the whole time, big dead roaches in hallway...will never go back or recommend..

This property was absolutely disgusting. The sheets had stains on them, there was a very old couch in the room. We literally walked in, walked out and checked out. It smelled horrible and felt very unsafe. The staff was very nice and super understanding of us wanting to check out.

Disgusting!

Seahaven is disgusting. Roaches and bugs everywhere. Mold in the bathroom and ceiling. Half the lights didn't work and the bathtub wouldn't turn off at all.
