The room was dirty and moldy. Sand was still all over the floor from the previous stay. The sheets had black marks on them. Never saw room service I guess they only came when the room was checked out of. We were there for 5 days and had to ask for clean towels twice. The elevator was broke and we were on the 5th floor

It really needs some help. Elevator isnt working, things are falling apart. Our toilet wasnt working and they didnt let the staff know its 4 hours after we called.

Dirty, water damaged furniture, stained couches, no pillows for the pull out sofa and they didn’t have any at the front desk, incredibly uncomfortable pullout bed. I ended up buying a topper at Walmart so my kids could get some sleep, no one came to clean or replace towels, elevator did not work, TVs had a fuzzy picture, not enough parking. Luckily, the beach was beautiful and we spent most of our time there. Also, the staff were incredibly nice.

The room we booked was not as described on hotels.com. It was said to accommodate 6 and we were a family traveling with 5 people. We arrived late and it only slept 4 people. Also they had no pillows for the sofa bed. The elevator was out of service and apparently had been for some time and we had a 5th floor room and my husband has back and hip issues. Overall just not accommodating or as described

The customer service is very friendly, but the building is in terrible condition. We stayed for 3 days and the property never fixed the elevator and we stayed at 6 floor .. The room had good view to the beach but the rooms need more clean .. the price it’s ok

I hated that if I needed towels, I had to bring in my own dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones. Toilet paper I had to go get myself. Elevator was broken, so had to go up and down the steps to haul stuff back-and-forth. The rooms were dirty but I’ve stayed there before so I knew to bring my own cleaning supplies.

Worst hotel ever

Old chipped paint bathroom disgusting didn’t even wanna shower. Rented two day left first night. Hair on bedding. Mildew on curtains. Smell horrible two lights only and two outlets.

Stay somewhere else

We stayed on the 5th floor on the second day the elevator stopped working and was out the rest of our trip. The pool was green and was green our whole stay. Staff continued to tell me that the pool would be cleaned tomorrow. I was informed I could use the pool at the sister hotel the Reef we walked up to the Reef and their pool was also green. Coffee pot didn’t work. The lamp in the bedroom didn’t work. Every time you need towels you have to take the dirty ones down to the office. I stayed 6 nights I seen housekeeping 1 time and they ask if I needed toilet paper didn’t offer to clean my room. The key to the door stopped working about 8 times and I would have to go back down to the office and have it replaced. (I didn’t have it around my phone.) staff told me it was the keypad on my door. I was sitting on my bed changing clothes and a random man opened my door with a key that was given to him at the front desk. (Found out it was the man staying 2 doors down from me . ) They did have an area where you could grill out and that was nice. The beach was wonderful.

Been vacation here for forty years. Love the fact the owner isn't a sell out giving regular real hard working Americans a beautiful beach and area to make memories like I have. A great view you don't have to break the bank for. LOVE SEA HAVEN 🌞😎

The pool couldnt be used because of algae and chemicals. The elevator was broke. My wife is handicapped but luckily we received a room that didn't require the elevator but people without handicap plates or tags kept parking in the few handicap parking spots. Told the office multiple times but nothing ever done

The property is conveniently located on the beach . However the property itself needs a lot of work. Very run down place. Ghetto looking. The shower curtains had holes . The walls had patches everywhere. If you don’t plan on being inside the hotel room it’s perfect. The pool is tiny it gets crammed with few people. We stayed on the beach all day and tried not to be inside the room much. If they would invest a little money it would be great

Pool was so dirty could not see the bottom. Expedia and the hotel would not refund our credit to move to different location. There were cracks in the walls. The shower leaked. The room was filthy and the spare bed had no sheets or blankets. Blanket on main bed was torn. Not worth the money spent.
