We thought that we was gonna have the same experience that we did 5 years ago but it was nothing like that the place has went down hill it’s a very loud place people luggage carts and cleaning staff buggy’s 2nd floor is not the one to be on and the parking is terrible sharkys Customer use the lot and no one cares staff says to park across the street (payed parking) water pressure was low shower handle broken place smelled like weed all day long but I guess that’s what you get when budget shopping

Roaches in room. No towels. They ran out of bath towels. Workers smoking weed in the halls while cleaning with my child around. Room was dirty with huge roach dead. All around run down room. Elevator dirty.

Good & Bad Good- Right on the beach and near great food. Maintenance came quickly when we needed help with our toilet. Bad- Poor hospitality (couldn’t give recommendations for local pizza; told us to “use our phone” to Google a laundromat ourselves when we asked if they knew of one). No breakfast, no ice machine, and very little parking. Key cards NEVER worked… we had to go down for a new card almost EVERY time we came back to the room. They were hesitant to give us towels for our room. Some air vents were leaking from the ceiling, the toilet paper holder was broken, and shower wouldn’t come on entirely. WiFi was very slow. Bathrooms by the pool didn’t seemed to be cleaned well. I don’t like leaving poor reviews, but we were given next to no hospitality even for the simplest of things.

Was able to check in early. Room was okay. Sheets on the bed had stains, floor had sand all over it, was unable to walk barefoot. Bathroom was a bit moldy and old and outdated. A.C. frame was broken inside and outside but still worked. Beds were comfy. Great view! No ice machine had to buy bags of ice.

The elevator was broken on two different days There were no towels in our room on check in The door was ajar upon checkin The tv looked as though someone punched it The pullout coach was covered in mildew The sink was cracked and very poorly bondo-ed back There was a large puddle of water in the hall upon arrival Terrible stay. Asked for some sort of compensation and none was given. Would not recommend

The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing. Our shower was awful turning the hot water on and off took 2 people. We couldn't shower during our 4 day stay the water pressure was very weak to rinse anything off. Had to get towels from the front desk each time and no phones available would have been nice. Maintenave came right away to look at the shower but had to order parts so it wasn't fixed by time we left. Ac was amazing.

That’s a nasty hotel

1st it’s not the staff fault I blame the owner he or she does not care about the property clearly by the pictures dead bugs on the wall,when they cleaned my room she didn’t even clean the bath tub, looks like mold was on the ceiling that place is nasty and needs to be remodeled immediately and sprayed and a real good deep cleaning

Beautiful views of the ocean, couldn’t be closer to the splendor of Panama City Beach. The AC worked really well. Allowing dogs was so helpful. Next door to a great restaurant ( Sharky’s) all of these things are great but, it’s really old and in very bad shape. Paint chipping, floors sagging, rust everywhere, dirty sofa, stained tub, pot smokers everywhere, etc. So, a very run down place in paradise.
