Close to $300 a night, you would expect s little better from this hotel. While the room looked pristine, one of the bed smelled urine. Could be human urine or animal as the hotel is pet friendly. Despite making a complaint to the hotel management, they have poorly addressed the issue as the smell remained intact. I can only imagine what’s in the dark carpet inside the room. I had to wear sleepers all the timel. To add insult to injury, water was cut off for at least 3 hours. Whilst not the Hotels fault as it was caused by nearby construction, charging $300+ a night you should have a water reserve as backup plan but not here. Breakfast was sub par and does not reflect the hefty price they charge per night. This was the first time and last time I booked this hotel. Simply not worth the price.

Love the Beach!

Best location in PCB that’s on the beach close to Pier Park and the pier. Highly recommend the hotel offer self parking in their large parking lot. It’s Valet only, which for some is great but if you can walk…why not. You’re not the Ritz Carlton.

Very accommodating, we needed a room with a tub for my young son and they were quickly able to find us a room with no hassle. Rooms are clean with a lot of amenities close to shopping and not too far from the beach says. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend.

The staff was outstanding. Jason offered great area recommendations when we checked in. The property is in a great location and they will be opening a new attraction (Pirates Voyage) accross the street on May 29th 2025. My wife and I would highly recommend this property.
