Not a bad hotel! My only complaint was that in the original booking (weeks before) I had requested to be placed in a quiet area. Then once I got there I literally got the room right next to the check in desk and the breakfast area. So every morning at around 6am I was awoken by chairs being pushed, people laughing and talking loud.

My room at Best Western Paramus was clean and quiet. I was disappointed that there was no drinking water supplied. I was disappointed, as a senior citizen, that there was no elevator or ramp to the second floor. Perhaps they should try to place elderly patrons on the first floor.
