We went here for our Anniversary!! Made reservations at the Overlook Restaurant and ordered breakfast to our room. Black Rock was outstanding. They had a gift waiting for us in our room and the restaurant acknowledged our anniversary with a special dessert after. The food was amazing and plentiful. The only issue we had was the mattresses was saggy in the middle. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Thank you for making our stay so special.

I received no VIP benefits. Our room was next to a noisy mechanical room. There was one washcloth in a room meant to sleep four. Carpet was stained. Not a single chair in the room. Towel hook was broken. Positives: the ceilings were high.
