1. Suite was clean but apparent that repairs of furniture was lacking. 2. Staff were all incredible. 3.The outdoor hot tub had air leaking from the walls and pavers and the temperature was closer to bath water not hot tub temp; jets were blowing cold air. 4. Sofa bed in suite was made nicely but no blanket, and only one pillow left in the closet. 5. Ground floor elevator at main entrance was inoperative requiring us to walk/carry our baggage either up the stairs or walk clear around to the back of the lodging and then back to the front where our suite was located on the 2nd floor. 6. No hair dryer in the room. Wife called the front desk and one was brought up. Ironic that at the cost for the room, cheaper accommodations that we have been at, had one provided.

The pillows were too small and flat especially for a king sized bed. Also I found the sheets to be scratchy and the mattress not too comfortable. Honestly I've had better or comparable stays at motels for much cheaper. I was hoping for a refund because we stayed here for our anniversary but it wasn't great!

Our stay at Zermatt Spa & Resort has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality has been over the top and beyond. Every smile, every welcome, and every act of care made us feel like family — not just guests. What touched me most was how much love they showed my daughter, who turned 3 on 11/23. They made her birthday unforgettable! They sang “Happy Birthday,” extended her celebration for 9 more hours, gifted her balloons, a birthday tiara, and even more surprises. She couldn’t stop smiling and saying, “This is the best birthday ever!” My heart was so full. A huge thank you to Glenda, Austin, the receptionist team, Engineering, the Chef & Waiter, the Sparkle Crew, and the incredible General Manager, Scott. I’m probably missing a few names, but please know how grateful we are. Amari sends hugs and tons of kisses to all of you! The room itself was lovely — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The mountain view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the early mornings. And I have to say… my favorite place was the bathroom. They truly thought of everything! From the perfect makeup mirror to the tub with a built-in seat, it felt luxurious, comfortable, and so well-planned. There are so many more things I can rave about — like the GM decorating cookies and the receptionist with my daughter, staff taking our pictures, and even watching my daughter for a quick moment while I ran to grab something I left on the mini golf cou

The stand out for me at the Zermatt resort is the staff. Many amenities can be duplicated but a patient, caring staff that is committed to providing the best hospitality during your stay is rare. Clean rooms are a dime a dozen at a higher price point but the service at this resort truly make a stay at the Zermatt and amazing value.

We had to shower in the dark because the lights above the shower and jacuzzi were burnt out. We let the front desk know and nothing was fixed. We couldn’t use the jacuzzi tub because the water was ice cold. Again, we let the front desk know and nothing was done about it. It’s very very upsetting to pay for something and not be able to use it, yet still be charged for it and no type of refund or partial refund or anything offered. Not even an apology. I will never stay at this place again!
