A little run down in certain parts of the building but overall no major complaints. A clean and solid place to sleep and stay for a few days. Excellent stay for the price! Safe, quiet, and convenient. Would come back here.

Bed bugs bit me up the vent in the bathroom was a mess.The room smell like someone was smoking in it.When I made complaint to the front desk he responded saying oh we are going to check it out.It was my worst nightmare

I am dissatisfied with the service provided, and the front desk staff demonstrated unprofessional conduct in handling the situation and interacting with the guest. Further training is required. This is the hospitality industry, not a retail environment.

El servicio fue pésimo, rentamos una habitación para 4 adultos y nos dieron una habitación con una cama, reclamamos y nos movieron a otra que tenia sofá cama, super incomodos. Todo el hotel huele a cigarro y todo visiblemente sucio.

It seems that the management of the hotel tries to save expenses and provides the minimum to the guests. Laundry machine does not work, breakfast is poor, no tea bags in the hotel!
