The staff was very friendly, and the hotel overall is quite nice. We stayed for the weekend and wouldn’t mind returning for another short trip. However, our room showed noticeable wear and tear—as well as some questionable repair work. It felt clean, but only in the “looks clean” sense, which made me a bit unsure. If this was considered one of the better rooms, I’d be concerned about the condition of the others. Still, if you just need a basic, comfortable place to stay, this is a good option!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind from the moment I arrived. I traveled with my dog, and they were very welcoming… They even gave me a delicious warm chocolate cookie and a special cookie for my dog during check-in. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I requested a microwave, and they sent one to my room right away. They also texted me every day to check in and make sure everything was going well, and to see if I needed anything. Their customer service was truly excellent. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

So many things went wrong I will get right to it! Upon check in I arrive on time and I am first told that I had a 2 bed reservation and that I was allegedly accommodated to a 1 bed. Not thinking much of it I accept the key and go to the room only to realize I was given a handicap room. At this point I check my reservation because I know I paid for a suite which is much more than a handicap room. I go with my receipt to reception and show management that I did in fact select a 1 bed suite and the lady who originally checked me in was trying to gaslight me. The manager was helpful with agreeing to a proper refund and breakfast vouchers. The rooms can use an upgrade the shower head had mold I was disgusted. We then were woken up at 7:50am on a Saturday due to lawn mowing and leaf blowers going off on a Thanksgiving weekend morning! There was no consideration for any patrons outside of those whom formed part of the events being hosted that weekend. It turns out the hotel caters to a specific demographic more than any other and it leaves us with the left overs despite of the reservations made. Truly disappointed won’t be going back! I do not recommend!

Really nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is a little expensive if you’re a budget-conscious traveler who hits up the free continental breakfasts; it’s $24/person for the equivalent of a very good free breakfast. Everything else was great, except for the toilet paper holder, which kept loudly falling to the floor whenever we used it.

I liked the Junior Suite arrangement, since we were traveling with our 21 year-old. But there are few surfaces in the bathroom in an accessible bathroom, I guess. We were disappointed to be offered your signature warm cookies on arrival, and forgot to ask on later days. Nice amenities, and I wish I could have used the pool - another time. Too busy with family for Thanksgiving...
