The room listed for $147 a night. It cost me $268! Listed as pet friendly charged $75 a night for pet-extortion. Charged $15 a night for outdoor unsecured parking-ridiculous. This is not NYC or Boston where parking is at a premium this is Parsippany. The pitted tub was 10 years beyond its prime. The shower fixtures leaked. The furniture was chipped. The dresser drawers did not close properly. Needed deep cleaning and paint/wallpaper. Too many options in the area to consider this one.

The hotel looks like a resort and is huge with five floors. The lobby area is so beautiful with trees and fountains. The breakfast is amazing with hot options that had eggs and protein and made-to-order omelets. There is also a social time for about one hour when the reception offers free drinks to guests.

Our water went off on October 17th the day we had to attend a wedding and we could not shower. The rooms are also outdated and there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs while in the room.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Staff was very helpful and will definitely stay again. Only problem was the fact they charge for parking. It's a minor annoyance, but you're paying good money to stay there and parking should be free. This is for all chains, not just Embassy. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay and I will be back

Like Embassy Suites but this hotel is past its prime. Bathtub and sink had large rust stains around the drain and the tub faucet was a constant leak of hot water. Carpets showed a number of frayed areas. Erratic performance of on of the elevators. Almost got stuck. Staff was friendly and efficient. Omelets were as good as always.
