This property is over rated. The photos posted online off property don’t depict true and actual conditions of rooms. Plumbing in my room 218 didn’t work, in 2025 the room didn’t have a real smart tv and remote didn’t work. Receptionist caught at attitude with me when I reported issues. This hotel is old and outdated, needs a major upgrade. Don’t be fooled by what’s advertised online, it’s totally different once you arrive and see conditions in person said. Did not enjoy saying, this place was totally low quality to what I usually stay in cause ratings and online photos fooled me smh.

We had a very good stay. Rooms in bed were clean, staff was friendly, most fixtures seemed pretty modern and up-to-date. The only disadvantage was lack of electrical outlets near the bed, and shelf space in the bathroom. Luckily I always carry a small power strip to run my CPAP machine and charge all my electronics without having to disconnect things around the room.

I had a prayer mission and meeting. Having access to a printer and WiFi was great!!! Breakfast was nice the desk clerks were friendly over the phone like Alani whi helped me and the other ine who took over the shift next. Both ladies were responsible, friendly, kind, helpful, and answered all of my questions. They helped other customers too and answered people well. The house keeping was amazing. They even came back to make sure there were extra towels. I struggle with OCD and don't like leaving water on the sink or walking barefeet on the floor and they made sure everything was good and the thing about the floor and OCD was wrote because I never ran out of towels. Room service was on it.

Staff was responsive to broken fridge at check in, hallway smelt like crap. They cleaned the carpet the next day and smell went away. Restaurant next door closes at 12 and has a lot of strange people in and out and is connected to hotel.
