There’s so much I could say about my stay here. It was THE WORSE STAY EVER AND I NEED A TEFUND. It’s DIRTY nothing in the hotel works the staff are rude and so much more I would NEVER stay here again.

Overall, had an excellent stay and the room was very clean. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was good. I would definitely return to this location if I’m back in the area.

I was very disappointed that the pool was empty when we checked in. I had specifically chosen this hotel so that my children could swim during our travel. When we arrived the pool had been drained with no mention at booking or on the website.

Would stay there again!

My wife and me had to stay for 4 nights because of a Certification I had to complete. It was freezing cold outside but the prettiness of the place and the warm welcome the hotel staff gave us and their attentions during our stay, made us feel VERY comfortable.

The property was beautiful. The room was nice and clean. My kids enjoyed the pool, which was warm. The breakfast was pretty tasty with good options. The only issue was on the day of checkout. At 9:40am housekeeping knocked on the door and I said were sleep so they left. At 11:20am housekeeping returned and I opened the door and the lady said you’re not checking out so I responded yes at 12pm when I’m supposed to and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I did not appreciate that at all and put in a complaint right away.
