Everything was fine and convenient for access to the airport. Breakfast was excellent and ready early. Property is somewhat worn and outdated. I did not like that our room was as far a way as possible from main lobby and elevators since the property was not very full at all. We were sent to the back 40. lol

The room was stupid big, which def made my evening work time much more relaxing than being crammed into a small space. It was super clean, and very spacious throughout the hotel. This is an older property, but has super high end in the beginning, which made the stay very nice. The staff all was very kind and friendly, food was good, check in was a breeze, def would stay again.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is very kind and accommodating and helpful even the kitchen staff and the people at the restaurant in the bar. They’re just wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

Prompt airport shuttle both for drop off and pickup with a simple call. Front desk - checked in with Rahman, he was efficient, friendly, and juggling 2 customers and the phone all at the same time. Rahman totally understands customer service, friendly, smile and explained the shuttle for us. They are in the middle of some repairs and upgrades, good to see management doing maintenance to keep hotel in good condition. Shuttle van is well worn, but does its job well. Thank you for taking care of us. I will be back again for each trip out of Pasco!
