Overall I would said the hotel & staff is okay. Doorman was amazing and helpful! As well as breakfast staff. However I value cleanliness a lot. Upon entering the hotel room I noticed it was not in the most clean form. Somebodies eyelash was left on the floor and a random hair on the counter and just not the cleanest. I noticed a few stains on the bedsheets and pillows. When eating breakfast I noticed small insects around the fruit.

Staff was amazing, and never a problem or delay getting my room cleaned. Had cleaned twice in one day even without a problem. Located on Soi 7 which is not very great anymore, but beach and mall is around the corner and very convenient. Breakfast is average, nothing great but it is complimentary so can not complain. Only thing I did not like is they push 2 small beds together for 1 big bed. Other than that, there is nothing bad I can say. There is loud construction all day long behind hotel, but they can not control that, so I can not hold them responsible. It is November 2025 so until construction is finished try to get a room facing Soi 7.
