This comfortable home, located directly across from the beach access on the North End of Pawleys Island, offers beautiful views of both the ocean and the creek. With screened-in and covered porches, it's the perfect spot to enjoy hot summer days or cool fall evenings while soaking in the relaxing atmosphere that Pawleys Island is known for. Ideal for families, this spacious house invites guests to create lasting memories in a welcoming and peaceful setting.

The main floor features a full kitchen with an open floor plan that connects the dining and living areas, along with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed and an adjoining private bath. Upstairs, the second floor offers four additional bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a secondary den area equipped with a television. Additional amenities include central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, cable TV, WiFi, a standard coffee pot and Keurig, and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Conveniently, beach access is just steps away, directly across the street from the house.
