Tip Ellen is an arrogantly shabby home on Pawleys Island and a survivor of Hurricane Hugo. Built with love and care, this home creates a wonderful setting for an affordable, family beach vacation.

Just steps to the ocean, guests will love gathering on the wide screen porch with brand new rockers and furniture where they will hear and smell the warm ocean breezes. Featuring new furniture throughout, all new bedding for the 2022 year, hardwood floors, granite countertop and so much more. Inside the home features a cozy living, dining and kitchen combination that features cable TV, microwave, dining table, comfortable seating and more. If only the beautiful knotty pine walls could talk..oh the stories of families playing cards or enjoying a meal would be echoed.

The home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedding accommodations are one queen, two doubles, one double, and two doubles. Additional amenities include brand new bedding throughout, lazy boy chair in the living room, wifi, central HVAC, full size washer/dryer, covered parking, and an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water.
