Hello Chris. We appreciate you staying with us but are disheartened to see you didn't quite have a positive experience. We advertise our location as being on Route 66. We are also a part of Grand Canyon West and on Hualapai territory, which encompassed 108 miles of the Grand Canyon. We are located 21 miles away from the bottom of Grand Canyon via Diamond Creek Road. We work very hard to be transparent about our location and the train noise and are sorry to see that didn't trickle down to you. We would appreciate an email with the websites you used for research so we can update our location and information. Regards,
