Hotel was just okay. Property wasn’t neat and tidy, hotel halls were a bit dingy. Rooms were clean, but not spotless. Bedding, especially pillows, were mediocre. I expected much nicer from a Red Lion.

Okay, but not great

Check in was fine but thought it was strange that they asked us if we wanted a coffee maker and then gave us a tray with a coffee maker, some coffee packets and a couple of cups. I use a walker and my husband was packing our luggage so it was pretty inconvenient. Thought they should have offered to deliver it to our room since we already had our hands full. Both the restuarant and lounge were closed and no mention of it on the website. That was one f the reasons we decided to stay there so we wouldn't have to go out.

I have stayed here a couple of times in the last 3 months. Pendleton is my hometown, and now I have to find a place to stay. The Red Lion in the 1980's/'90's WAS THEE happening place. It is older, and I wish the restaurant would re-open. Overall, the wonderful happy staff helps WHENEVER you need it, Lauren was so great! I am a "clean freak", so I would not come back here if it didn't prove! My hometown stop now, when I visit! Thank YOU Red Lion Pendleton

The ramp down to our room was extremely challenging for both my wife and myself I am disabled. The carpet in and outside our room was filthy. We got all the way into our room to find no coffee maker. Called to the front and was told they were at the front desk. Why not say that at check-in but at least offer to bring one over? Fat chance of that happening. Will never stay at any other over priced dirty Red Lion!!

Non functional front desk

Delayed checking-in due to their computer maintenance. Power outage in the morning during checkout time. No printed invoice was given. Left email and phone. No invoice was received as promised. Had to call directly to this location which was major hassle since all calls goes to call center. Got the number from call center. Had to make another call to get my receipt. What a major pain it was. Please don’t make your problems my problem.
