Rooms needed some care. Looks like it really need maintenance. Popcorn ceiling was crumbling and had patches that were loose. Shower needed help and caulking. Room was clean but was just mediocre.

It’s so sad to see this hotel in Pendleton deteriorated, used to be THE premier place. The price is good and it’s always an easy check in process. The staff are happy and friendly.

This place was gross. Hair in the bed, fecal waste in the toilet, dust and dirt everywhere. No running water on the main floor, had to use gas station bathroom. Restaurant/Lounge was closed. Listed as Mountain View, there was no Mountain View.

Flexible front staff

The room description said it slept 5, it showed 2 queen beds and a chair with an ottoman. We were traveling with our kids so we figured our youngest could sleep on it. We checked in around 11pm after a long day of working and driving to find no ottoman, no space for that 5th person to sleep. I called the front desk to ask if they had an ottoman somewhere, nope. They did offer us a tool away bed, so we accepted that. We all slept the best we could.
