Hotel Indigo Pittsburgh East Liberty by IHG
"Property falsely advertised room service. That was a huge selling point for me. The room did not appear clean. Dust everywhere even crumbs and leftover makeup tools. Hair dryer in the room was broken. When I called the front desk for a new one they seemed bothered and frustrated that they were the only person at the front desk. Horrible view from the room. Didn't leave us with comfy or relaxing vibes. Left before check out to get breakfast elsewhere due to the other conditions."
