Santa Rosa Dunes 3rd floor condo (complete with elevator) provides amazing views from TWO private balconies! From the front balcony, watch the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. From the rear wrap-around balcony, view the scenery of the Santa Rosa Sound… the perfect place to take in breath-taking sunsets, watch sailboats and view the coastal wildlife. Easy access across the street to the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches! Located on the East end of Pensacola Beach. Walk next door to the local’s favorite…Peg Leg Pete’s Seafood Restaurant! Only a 5 minute drive to Quietwater Beach Boardwalk and the Pensacola Pier, where you will find an array of shopping and dining options.

Kitchen is fully stocked. Breakfast bar seats 3, dining room seats 6.

Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, rocking/swivel recliner, and a wall mounted 55” flat screen smart TV. Remote control window shades added!

Master bedroom has a king size bed with 10” memory foam mattress and 100% cotton bedding. It also includes a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV and shower.

Secondary bedroom has two twin beds with 10” memory foam mattresses and 100% cotton bedding. It also includes a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV and a bath/shower combo with Jacuzzi tub.

From the start with booking, Heather was very friendly and went out of her way to be accommodating. Her condo was well kept as well beautiful. It’s a family friendly listing, beach towels, chairs and kids beach toys all super helpful so you can save space not packing!! Smooth process from start to finish, We will be back!

Getting into the unit was easy. It was spacious with everything we needed for our stay. We had a minor issue and needed to reach out to our hosts. Their response was timely and handled quickly without any interruption to our stay. The location was very nice. The beach was a short walk away and the views were wonderful. Wonderful place

This condo was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was super clean and comfortable. The views were absolutely amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked and the owner had a ton of beach items in the closets to use (towels, chairs, sand toys, boards, sunscreen). The pool was a plus and we used it to swim after the beach almost everyday. Great location!

Wonderful Stay Once Again!

Awesome condo! Clean, updated, great views and well stocked. The king bed is so comfortable. Close to the beach and restaurants, yet quiet. This was our second stay and we’ll be back! Heather surprised us with a beach themed Christmas tree! Felt like a home away from home.
