The remote check-in was awful. No one at the desk of the hotel. The chain seems to be consolidating all of their check-in to online with someone who is heaven-knows-where, not likely US. It takes much longer than a conventional check-in and there is no person at the desk to talk to.

This is an older hotel, no bells, no whistles but the room was nice, clean, with a super comfortable bed. There was plenty of free parking. The Zoom-style check-in was a little weird but surprisingly efficient. I would not hesitate stay here again, if in the area.

Noisy

Check in was interesting. There is a machine with a screen in the lobby and you check in with someone virtually, like Zoom. Checkout was the same. I found it pretty off putting. The room was super uncomfortable. We stayed in the larger room with two king beds and a sofa. Everything was extremely noisy. The floor, doors, couch, bed, chairs, everything squeaked and creaked. Additionally, all the furniture was way too soft. I would have preferred sleeping on a marshmallow. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was awful.

Family vacation and a Ball game.

Came to Petaluma to visit family. The property was well kept and clean. Parking was a little tight, but it was free. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Close to downtown Petaluma and a 40 min. drive to San Francisco. Definitely would stay here again.
