Although bed was comfortable and room was clean, it had a very strong perfume odor. At check in, we had to wait for help, because they were busy with cleaning rooms still at 430 in the afternoons. Reception area was very dirty with disgusting stains on the sofa and other upholstery furniture.

When I arrived on the 17th of July that evening I was very exhausted, the front desk guy was very nice and kind , great customer service, etc… He was actually awesome. Breakfast was ok very little options and the staff lady seem as if she wasn’t in the mood to be working that morning but overall it was a great stay thanks to the front desk guy is why I actually stayed.

Front desk was rude .Then they took my brand new clothes from my room. Saying they thought it was trash. Asked front desk about it and they found them.Soiled with coffee you would think they would compensate for it but. I was Handel like it wasn't a problem. So watch your belongings

Upon check in we waited forever for someone to come out. Literally about 45 minutes. She was very nice but clearly the hotel was understaffed. Got to the room and there was water bugs and ants in the room. Literally killed ants off the bed and water bugs on the floor multiple. There were ants and bugs in the bathroom also. Then the carpet not only did it carry a horrible odor it had crazy dirt stains. I know this was not a top tier hotel but didn’t expect this at all.

Not as good as it stated based on rating

The 1st room 322 had Chinese open paper wraps under tables and more behind the pull out bed. The pull out bed had used stain sheets still on the bed,red soda stains. Carpet had stains in the bedroom floor. I took pictures and showed front desk staff. She apologized, but said" If this one is not clean,I don't know what can be done as we are don't have another suite ". 2nd room 321 ,the thermostat cover was off with the batties cover broken off. The refrigerator was leaking the next morning as the facilities lights went out, other peopl came out their rooms about 2 am. None of the phones worked, they were sticky to touch, clerk said the phone system was being upgraded. The ice machine was broken and the weather was over 94 degrees outside. The 3rd floor hallway temperature may have been in the 74, but the lobby was around 68-70 . Nice and cool and comfortable. Rating is not as it stated.
