We didn’t get Stay at ramkota because they were overbooked so they sent us to a lower class motel for free hopefully and that place didn’t have a pool either. The only reason why it’s two stars is because there was actually a place for us to stay again even though it’s low class.

The resort fee is ridiculous. The continental breakfast was understaffed and ran out of food. The breakfast sausage was pale and looked raw. The pizza is so good. We added hamburger and bacon. They gave us a discount coupon in our room. They have happy hour also on deals for drinks and appetizers.

Door is locked from the inside. Hotel has made us return and told us to try harder but the door is locked from the inside. Waiting on front desk to find time to send someone to make the door open for us. It's after 9pm and we are still waiting instead of checking in. I'm considering canceling and trying another room because of the inconvenience i need to get to be early to finish my travels.

I got a room by the pool for the weekend and Saturday afternoon the pool was shut down for the rest of the weekend. I was hoping for a discount or coupon or just something since we paid extra to be put pool side

ok the hotel has just been remodeledit is excellent shape , it is fresh and an ok breakfast , very friendly staff , lots of opportunities for events , weddings , company christmas party . bathroom we stayed in our room was tight in the toilet /shower room .

We stayed the night before and staff were so friendly and helpful! Tonight we attempted to swim as we have poolside and were allowed the night before to quietly chill. The office worker was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

The bathroom floor was not clean, dirt and dust on the floor and a build up of dust and sand in the corners of the bath room. The sink had hair in and was not clean. The carpet had not been vacuumed and was dirty. The thing I liked was the bed was very clean.
