We really enjoyed feeding the ducks the geese and even the pigeons! It's better to feed cat food ( such as meow mix original ) than typical bread and popcorn. The staff is good about pressure washing the elimination away around the creek area where the birds hang out. Also the deluxe breakfast is delicious and will fill you up! The only negative is the parking by the office is a little confusing with the lines criss crossing each other.

It was ok for cleaning. The front desk was great. The free breakfast was lacking and the woman didn’t speak English or keep up with refilling the food. I paid and requested one property and they switch in to a property that was not within walking distance to pool or free breakfast. I would never go back. It’s also run down. Old rooms.

Everything was great for the price we paid. The only thing I’d say is the building could use an elevator on each side of the building the one they had seemed like it was always in use

It was not extraordinary. It had a very moldy smell in the unit and we had to sleep with the door open. The door way to bathroom was terribly narrow and probably only 30 inches wide at most. Tub was small but shower was excellent rain shower. Not suitable for obese people.

Bathroom felt cramped. The lock on the balcony was broke. Best were comfortable, the room was very clean, although my daughter woke up every morning with a bite on her leg, she slept in the bed beside the balcony.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view of the river was absolutely amazing, and waking up to the sound of ducks and geese in the morning was such a peaceful touch. Parking was easy to find, which made arriving stress-free. The location is also perfect—within walking distance to shops and plenty of dining options. Overall, a relaxing and convenient stay. I’d definitely come back!

I liked being able to go on balcony feeding ducks. Separate rooms for privacy. Door wouldn't open well. We had to pull super hard. Tv remote moved very slow. Would stay again. Breakfast was good just needs more choices had sausage twice.
