The elevator bit dirty. Carpets didn't seem to be vacuumed. Weird that the sink was in the middle of the room. The creek behind the inn was very nice. In front was an abandoned building. Nice there was an arcade we walked to.

Pleasant stay

The stay was pleasant, but we thought we had booked a different hotel. The bathtub faucet was extremely loose. The sink had the hot water on the right side versus the left side. We killed several kissing bugs in the room. Didn’t like the sink was not in the bathroom but between the two beds. We had the do not disturb sign up , but when we called for additional towels the service was prompt. Since the motel didn’t have a laundry mat we had to search for one in Pigeon Forge. We personally would not stay again.

Not a cabin. Located st the other end from the elevator. Then moved to the next floor and then the fire alarm started going off, fire trucks and crews showed up and started going into rooms total time there was less than 2 hours Worse trip ever. Got back home. Will never use your booking site again Hope this gets posted for future guess to see

We checked in late around 10:00 pm after being at Dollywood all day. Two rooms 1320 and 1321. The check in clerk was less than motivated about his job. Not a welcome or positive attitude from him. He kept yawning, burping and complaining about how slow the computer was, it took probably 15 minutes to get checked in. After directions on how to park, we started to unload and the smell of pot would knock you down. Poorly let paring area, especially around elevator area. Room was ok. Curtains had something on them, floor had a lump in the middle under carpet, paint in bathroom was chipped all over and rust on the shower curtain rod. Now the good. Awoke the next morning beds slept good, nice view of the river from balcony. Had a great breakfast that was included, eggs, sausage,potatoes, biscuits,gravy, pancakes etc. The lady at check out was pleasant also. Over all I think some improvements could be made and it would be a great place. Don’t know if I would ever stay there again.

The stay was fine, nothing major to report. It's probably not somewhere I would stay again for the price, but clean and comfortable. The smell of weed was prevalent if we tried to enjoy the creekside balcony and we were unfortunate to go during a car convention so there was racing, noise and lots of sirens the night we were there. Love Pigeon Forge, but not my favorite place to stay.

Very nice stay here! Check in and check out was simple. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is definitely older, but has cosmetic upgrades. The balcony was very nice with the river view! Would recommend.

There was no problem with the room art the facility that we stayed at. But it is situated on a dead end road and there is an old convention center across the street. It looks like it could fall down at any time.
