Loved the location. Quiet outside. Even enjoyed the ducks and geese. Was easy to get around to where we wanted to go. Was given clean towels every day. That was all we needed. Everyone staying there were friendly and so was the staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Yes very much! My Zelda enjoyed her stay. She wishes to say thank you to everyone. We never had to ask for anything once we got past the lockbox issue. It had been locked down and could not be opened until the maintenance guy came by and cleared it. He was extremely nice and helpful.

Room did not meet our expectations, did not like having to go across the street to get more coffee and we never tried the breakfast. I paid for queen size bed and we had full size beds when I said something to the staff she said she was told they are queen and did not offer a refund did not even apologize for the inconvenience.

The Balcony was the only highlight to the experience. The breakfast was crowded with a bus trip of people that loitered until the bus came. The eggs were basic hotel bagged scrambled eggs and greasy sausage (2) per person. The room was basic and not super romantic. We hoped for the best but the bed was stiff and uncomfortable. The exterior of the hotel was not what is pictured online because it was a property away from the original property. We had to drive for breakfast and found no seats. So we had to eat out anyhow. There is a small kitchen in the room great if you want to cook but we didn't want to cook. The room smelled like wet cigarettes, that is a major drawback also.

A true Mountain Retreat

We booked a riverside balcony king size room with kitchenette. We arrived at 12:ish and they went ahead and checked us in. The room was in a building beside a campground. Plenty of convenient parking for guests. Room was on 5th floor. I was pleasantly shocked at how big our room was when I entered. King size bed with a nice area for your suitcase. A living room area with a full size refrigerator, kitchen area with a two eye stove, sink and coffee maker. All amenities were provided including plates, silverware, cooking utensils and cups. A very nice leather couch and table. And the balcony was very ample sized with two rocking chairs. I loved staying here and will definitely return.
