Escape to Raccoon Ridge, a newly refreshed 3,500-square-foot cabin nestled high above the Smoky Mountains, where luxury upgrades meet classic charm. With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and expansive decks with panoramic views, this cabin has undergone a top-to-bottom refresh—featuring brand-new furniture, fresh décor, upgraded bedding, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout (goodbye, carpet!), refinished wood flooring, repainted cabinetry and walls, and all new larger TVs in bedrooms and the game room.

Living Room
Unwind by the fireplace and catch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Soaring cathedral ceilings make the space feel open and inviting, perfect for gathering after a long day of Smoky Mountain adventures. The toilets on the main and second level weren’t clean. The attachment of the seat to the actual bowel had dry yellowish/brown liquid. The washing machine had mold and mildew. It was apparent when you opened the door, as well as noticeable black stains. The sofas upstairs are very well used. They swallowed you. The area rug on the main level is very dirty and or stained. The blinds had a thick layer of dust. Management was very helpful, with helping me locate the broom. Around the stove wasn’t completely swept.

The location was perfect, with access to Dollywood, DigNZone, other Gatlinburg activities and restaurants, as well as hiking in the mountains close by!Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, several living spaces & a large dining room table for family meals were all appreciated.

I would rate this property a 4 out of 10. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by several issues during our stay. Most notably, the hot tub was not functioning for the majority of the week. Although the issue was finally resolved the day before our departure, the delay was frustrating. I remained in contact with the property management throughout the week, but the communication was inconsistent—they repeatedly assured me they were working on the issue and would return my calls, though follow-ups were minimal.Additionally, there was a persistent sewage odor around the exterior of the property, particularly noticeable in the mornings and evenings, which detracted from the overall experience.To their credit, the management did offer complimentary tickets for our entire group as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated. However, given the issues we encountered, I would be hesitant to stay at this property again

Weekend at Racoon Ridge

The house was perfect for our group. The view is as wonderful as you will find anywhere — particularly at this time of year. Overall, this house was the best value of any we have rented in the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area. Clean, comfortable, great location.

The cabin was gorgeous. We made many memories and left the cabin clean. There was a couple of things I wanted to make you aware of…. 1) Ants are in the kitchen, on the table. 2) downstairs shower handle/holder was standing in the corner of the shower when we arrived. Just thought you would want to know for repair. 3) the sewer smell was really bad in the cabin and outside-especially at night. We did see a momma bear and her 3 cubs. So cool. My family made many great memories. Deb

Very impressed with the overall size of the cabin. We loved all the wood! The scenery was enjoyed by all especially the wonderful porches and rocking chairs. It was well stocked with everything you would need to cook with( pots pans utensils etc) if you choose. There is a pool table and 1 video game. Very spacious. The first day we were welcomed by a mother and her baby raccoons! We got to watch them through the oversized windows. They even came up to the window when they saw us! There were a few things that could be improved on. Would we return to Raccoon Ridge? Our large group of 15 would say YES!

The PERFECT spot!

This rental was better than I could have ever expected. It’s only 8-10 min from downtown pigeon forge and 20ish min from downtown Gatlinburg, you aren’t so high up the mountain that you need to get stressed/sick on the drive up, and yet once you get up there you are in a nice little community and this cabin has the most AMAZING views for where it is at. My fiancée and I had an amazing time for his 30th birthday trip - the cabin was clean and lovely, and big enough for everyone to have room while still feeling like an interactive vacation space. Patio with gorgeous views on every level. When we got there the door code was not working but I got Tim (maintenance) on the phone quickly and he had it fixed only ten minutes later. We loved this place so much and would definitely recommend it to anyone! We will try to book it again if we come back!

The house was clean. Multilevel property provided a good set up for multiple different families. Great location. Great communication with owners. Four levels + Lots of stairs. Only downside was that floors were squeaky. Still would highly recommend.

Great trip, easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

My family of 14 stayed here for Christmas and enjoyed it very much, especially the views and the easy access to PF and Gatlinburg. The only issues we had during our stay were the lack of skillets in the kitchen. My husband had to purchase 2 skillets and a measuring cup at Walmart to make breakfast. We left the skillets there for future guests so hopefully they kept them. We also couldn’t find any linens for the pull out sofa, so we purchased a set and left them at the cabin as well. Nice cabin though and enjoyed our stay!
