Nice hotel, friendly staff. It was reunion time with my brothers and sister. The four of us had our own rooms. My sister reported she found a hair in her unused bed, food left in the fridge. One of my brothers toilet didn't work, they were moved to another room. Our trash wasn't emptied. The cleaning appears to be sub-par for the rooms. The rest of the hotel appeared ok. Although, I did see a man in the kitchen area behind the food, a worker? I don't know, he had a very long beard and no hair net on. I'd like to see the food servers using hair nets. Hopefully the Hilton Gardens in Pigeon Forge won't get offended when reading this but will use the as critique to be a better hotel. The property is nice, the lobby was nice, the front desk people were nice. There are just a few things that could be tightened up to make this an even better hotel experience.

Wanted to enjoy on Friday afternoon, relaxing by the pool. It was like a neighborhood block party. People who didn’t even stay there was at the pool. Large speakers brought in, music extremely loud. Big glass containers with drinks, as well as food. Pool was more than likely over capacity. All of that was a violation of pool rules. Complained to the manager, he refused to do anything. I was not the only one who had complained. Others would like to have enjoyed their vacation by the pool, with out the block party.

The room was awesome and very spacious. The fireplace was cozy and the view from the deck was nice. The only thing I could say anything negative about was the bed. It wasnt very supportive and just felt cheap compared to everything else the room provided at such a high level. The staff was awesome and the location was convenient.

I wish we were told that a family reunion was happening that took over the outdoor pool and the hotel for that matter. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the outdoor pool… by the time my kids were able to go in the outdoor pool with the slide they stayed in 10 minutes before they closed it due to pending storms… then around 9 pm there was loud music playing for a few hours we could hear in our room… this was a waste of money and time I could have stayed home 15 minutes away

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Barbara at the bar and diner was such fun and good company. Her chef skills are excellent! She made us feel welcomed and started our vacation off with happiness! The pool area was very clean and inviting. We enjoyed an evening by the fire pit outside on our last night. The only negative we have is that the beds were too firm.

Everything about our honeymoon was amazing except the view. When we checked in we were told “oh and you have a front facing view!” No one needs to be told they have a front facing view in an exciting tone. Very disappointing!
