The cabin was exactly as described. The proximity to downtown PF made it a great place to stay. Checking in and out was so easy. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We will for sure stay again.

Cabin was very clean and nice. Beds very comfortable! Love the location! However, the hot water runs out super fast so majority of guests are left taking cold showers.. this is even with everyone taking quick showers. For a cabin that is 4 bedrooms and holds so many people you would think it would have a better hot water heater. Also, it wasn’t decorated for Christmas like we hoped! Every December, every cabin we stay in is always decorated for the holidays! WiFi is awfulll!

The cabin was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. This biggest disadvantage with this cabin is the set up. If you are there with a family with different ages it doesn't really work. I should have looked at the set up more closely. The open loft with the game room is right above the living area - so if some of the group was playing upstairs you could not hear downstairs or even have a conversation. At night when the younger kids went to bed - the dining table where we played cards and games we had to be extremely careful about our noise level. We definitely could not be in the game room after kids went to bed - noise level would have been too loud - even with sleep machines. The hot tub was great - kitchen was fine. Bathroom situation was a little odd - 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 1/2 bath - one of the bedrooms was the bunk room so had to change around bath schedule with the 2 bedrooms downstairs with full baths. Kitchen was fine. Communication was not great before our stay but fine during our stay. For a family that rises and goes to bed at the same time it is fine.

It was ok but not great

The best thing about this property is its location. Few minutes from the main Parkway. The things that disappointed us was the cleanliness and overall the stuff inside is old, cheap and worn out. The front porch was like it never got cleaned ever. The chairs on it has thick layer of dust and cobwebs. Also see cobwebs around most of the corners but I guess that’s fine since we are in the woods but since we been told that the cleaners cleaned the house along with pest control visit so we expected not to see that many cobwebs but for sure they totally ignored the front porch. Also, mattress was very uncomfortable and the bed itself makes noises when laying on them so very uncomfortable sleep we had. The bunk beds were dusty that we didn’t put kids on it. Another annoying thing was that you can’t control the fan speed upstairs. It’s either fast or off, that chain to change the speed was removed or broken. So called game room was a joke because of small space. You can’t have enough space to play pool and on top of it the pool table itself was in very bad shape. We left the property earlier at the night time instead of regular check out time in morning because of uncomfortable sleep. I hope these things can be fixed for the next guest.

The location was great if you want to be close to everything but not if you are looking for a view. The cabin was great everyone had their own room and bathroom. The host was very quick to respond back to us and sent someone to help us with the fireplace. The main thing that was a problem was they only allowed 2 garbage bags and for 9 people for 5 days and over Christmas that didn’t work. We had to take our garbage and find a dumpster to throw it in. For the amount of money we payed for a place during Christmas it should have a Christmas tree. We brought a small tree with us but it would have been alot easier had there been one. We have stayed in cabins before that were decorated and had a tree. There was not a pac-man arcade. Overall we did have a great time and would consider renting again.

Needs TLC

We had a great time and the cabin met all our needs as far as sleeping areas, kitchen and living room/dining room. We were not able to use the hot tub due to it not being filled with water and cleanliness. Once we filled it with a hose, Lisa came from maintenance and took care of the rest. However, it was low of water the next morning. I assume they have a leak. Also, the sink in the kitchen leaked into the cabinet, we called maintenance and they never came. We put a bowl under the sink to catch the water. All bedrooms need night stands, some had none and it just needs general maintenance and TLC. It was nice but not for the price we paid.
