• Guests must be 25+ to book
• No pets, smoking, parties, or events allowed
• Signed rental agreement and government ID required before arrival
• Guests provide their own charcoal and lighter for the grill
• Starter supplies of soap, shampoo, paper products, and detergent are provided—bring extra for longer stays
• Outdoor security cameras monitor the driveway and exterior for safety (no indoor cameras)
