Highly disappointed
When we first arrived to the cabin is not what we expected. The listing on VRBO showed a mountain view, but unfortunately, it was obviously an old photo, because the trees had grown up and block the view. It was one of the reasons why I chose the cabin in the first place. Also, the cleanliness of the cabin was disappointing. I can say that the bathrooms in the kitchen were very clean, but it definitely needed a thorough deep cleaning. All of the furniture except for maybe the living room sofa was beyond repair. Even the dining room table only had three chairs because I’m assuming the other ones had broken. The beds were really comfortable but very noisy and you can tell that the mattresses are really old overall, the cabin was very comfortable, but unless it’s updated would not recommend staying at this cabin. One issue we had on the very first night was that the hot water on the Jacuzzi tub broke and could not turn off. I called the office and a guy came out in the middle of the night to work on it. Unfortunately, he had to turn the hot water off from underneath the cabin which left us with no hot water for the entire weekend. We were unable to take showers until the last very last night. You could also tell that the air filter was in need of replacement, because you can just see dust flying up through the air conditioning vents I would not advise staying at this cabin.
