The room was in great condition, the staff was pleasant. The attic blast and freezing snow made it difficult getting around in the parking lot. Some markers should be in place to keep vehicles from entering or exiting the lot in the wrong place and getting stuck or causing damage to the property. The breakfast could be better the eggs are terrible, just my opinion.

We stayed in one of the king suites. The room was beautiful and immaculate, and the view was breathtaking. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful when we ask questions about where to go to eat and what to see on our one night in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was yummy and the staff were very nice.

The rooms where spacious, the beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows available. We stayed with our fur babies and the staff was super accommodating and cordial towards us. The front desk staff, especially the night shift, was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for any families, especially if traveling with your furr babies.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are very clean and they do allow your fur baby at a reasonable price. The breakfast is alway hot and very good. The staff is very nice and will help in any way. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back this summer .

Best stay at a hotel ever and the staff was friendly and answered all my questions on where to go local hotspots and all. Highly recommended place to stay with the family. Breakfast was 10/10 best hotel breakfast ever very hearty
