Staff was nice and helpful. I traveled with pet and they placed me in first floor room. Room was clean. No problems with billing. Breakfast was good. Only reason I did not give 5 star, My back did not like how soft the bed was. Was woke up by front desk at 1130pm due to Staff clerical error but was quickly resolved. Minor issues in the grand scheme of things. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Nice, clean place to stay. I did rate it a four star instead of a five star because they need to replace their pillows. They seemed to be years old with no fluffyness left in them. I woke during the night with an ear ache with my ear pressed so hard into my head. All five pillows were the same hardness.

Doors very heavy, at least for a handicapped room. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7, we were rudely informed at 6. Coffee in the lobby was empty, went to the gas station next door. No network tv channels, no apps available for us to use our own streaming.
