The room wasn’t very clean. There was what looked to be pee on the wall behind the toilets. The pool was closed and the floors are bubbled in the hallway letting off a weird smell. The place was being worked on but it didn’t say that anywhere on the booking page. They also wouldn’t let me cancel my second stay the day beforehand. None of the amenities I booked for said they were closed beforehand or on check in.

The building and the lobby itself won’t be so bad if they wouldn’t use the cheap cleaning products that smell the whole hotel . Invest one time in a good oil diffuser or fragrance and it will give a totally better first impression. The room wasn’t bad for the price. Clean enough for me . But next time I will pay the price for a better hotel . Advertised with pool but closed , breakfast but very minimum . Many good reviews but not clear what for . Again , pretty good for the price .

We wanted to switch to a room with 2 double beds & the hotel was pretty empty, also I am a rewards member but he wanted to charge me more to do that. Not very friendly. Breakfast was from 6-9 & when we showed up at 7:15, they were out of most items. No one working in breakfast area or at front desk. Noisy room from other rooms next door & upstairs.
