Fantastic residence! We had a great view of the ocean, lots of places to eat nearby, property was clean, and whole process was smooth!

Disappointing. Fees are disgusting. Paperwork for CVR said address was 330 Main Street & that is the Police Station. Update the information. The rental was on the shabby side. Could use several upgrades. Felt restricted by all the rules and charges for infractions.

The bad: Uncomfortable with steep stairs with skinny steps (not suitable for 70+ seniors). Not one trowel rack in master bath. The good: Well appointed and equipped. Good location.
