Missed that this was a Garden Inn when I booked it. It was just okay. Needs to be cleaned better. But I slept comfortably with my own pillow case and cloths/towels. Wouldn’t stay again but glad it got me thru the 3 nights I was there.

Spacious comfortable room. However, our room was not made up one day of our stay. That said, prior to this Hilton there were no good places to stay in the area. The Hilton is far above anything that was there before.

We stayed for the weekend. It was easy to commute to the city and also surrounding suburbs. My favorite part was the apple cider. We did not have breakfast during our stay there but found there were a few great restaurants in walking distance that we enjoyed

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The TV was awesome. Plus, there was a nice bathroom and shower. Basically, the room was super comfy. With that said, there was only one finctioning elevator with 10 minute waits just to get on. I was told by a staff member that the second elevator regularly breaks when the hotel is busy. Basically, the second elevator can't take the.pressure of high traffic days. And, quite frankly, that's unacceptable.

Clean, Not Hospitable

The breakfast was very good and the service and cleaning staff were all nice. The front desk staff was mediocre at best and probably wouldn’t have noticed if I had come in with a gaping chest wound and collapsed on their lobby floor. They would have continued chatting and not giving a crap.
