The sleeping area and the bathroom were freezing cold. The phone chargers didn't work. The fish and chips - I think the price was 21.00 - that my husband was so excited to eat- was like Mrs Paul's. On the positive side - the waiter in the restaurant was very nice and the chocolate chip cookie given to us at check-in was delicious.
