This hotel received over eight star ratings on the site where I found it. I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel, specifically the room. The pillows were uncomfortable and either very small, or had lost all of their fluff so they shoved them in tiny pillowcase.The pillowcases were thin, dingy and had holes in them. It really grossed me out and I had a hard time sleeping because I had my head on it and it just felt dirty. The towels were frayed at the edges and also looked old and dingy. It certainly could’ve been worse, but the entire hotel looked like it needed to be deep cleaned. If it had been rated a 5 or 6 out of 10 I would’ve expected all of this. But if something is rated over an eight, I expect it to be in good shape and comfortable. This hotel did not deliver. I don’t like complaining, but ratings are very important to me and the ratings I saw for this hotel were not accurate at all. I would not recommend or stay here again unless there was nothing else available. And I was desperate.

No room service. I wasn’t expecting new towels or anything but maybe a refresh of the bad coffee. Staff was courteous. It was pretty quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. Only 3 hangers in the closet was a little annoying though. And no blankets.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was great. They were able to put our son and his gf in the room next to ours which I appreciated. My son did say the breakfast was not great. The waffle was fine but eggs were watery and the sausage didn't look appetizing. They said it waa the typical continental breakfast.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was clean and fresh. Plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Pretty basic with make yourself waffles, cold cereal, pre-cooked eggs, bacon and hash browns. A little picked over, but there were a lot of people in the hotel that morning. Applebees within walking distance across the street and several other choices within walking distance or a quick drive. I would definitely stay here again.
