Staff were very friendly and attentive. Hotel is beautifully appointed and very clean. The room was very spacious. The only thing I did not like was that the sink was on the outside of the bathroom. That meant that everyone had to touch the door handle before they washed their hands. And there was no privacy for other bathroom activities that require a sink and/or mirror. And there were no counters, hooks or shelves for personal items inside the bathroom.

These minor issues could have been changed to a better review however, hair was in the shower and around the sink area. The toilet did not flush completely each time and my 72 year old mother needed a plunger while I was away from the hotel and instead of a maintenance person or someone from the staff seeing about the problem she was given the plunger to fix the toilet herself. Unacceptable!

This hotel fit the bill, but not by much, especially for the cost. Way overpriced hotel for what it is, but we were passing through so it suited our needs for 1 night. If given the choice I would not return.
