April/May Discounts. This 3-Year Old Duplex is located in Poncha Springs, Colorado. It is less than 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain, 5 minutes from Salida and the Arkansas River. The home still seems new and has amazing mountain views. It has 3 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. There is a TV located in every room. It has a tankless water heater. A full size washer/dryer. Porches front and back with seating. Balcony with seating off one of upstairs bedrooms. Picnic Table in backyard for outdoor meals. It comfortably sleeps 8, 10 using the queen size pullout bed.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Poncha Springs Disc Golf Course. You'll find features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.
