El hotel está bastante bien, pero no tiene fácil el acceso, pues el coche no puede acercarse al hotel, está alejado más de 50 metros de la calle más próxima a la entrada y no tiene zona reservada para dejar el coche mientras se bajan las maletas y se efectúa la entrada.

Hotel nuevo con trato del personal agradable y bueno, habitacion amplia y cómoda, está en la zona nueva de ponferrada al lado contrario del casco antiguo, en la zona un centro comercial y algún bar, restaurante el que encontramos para comer a 15 minutos caminando ya que el del hotel abre de 18 a 23 para cena, pero la estancia ha sido buena

Tuve que pedir un cambio de habitación y la situación mejoró pero el hotel no corresponde a un 4 estrellas. Situado a las afueras de la localidad cuenta con los servicios básicos para una estancia de paso. La habitación es moderna pero las almohadas muy bajas y el colchón muy desgastado, inclinado hacia uno de los lados. El frigorífico de la habitación no funciona y el aire acondicionado se enciende solo durante la noche. Lo mejor el desayuno no incluido en el precio.

He visto al hotel muy cambiado desde mis últimas visitas. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, el inodoro estaba sucio, el wifi apenas tenía señal, no había minibar (un folleto encima del escritorio indicaba que las habitaciones disponían de minibar), y además el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, se ha pasado toda la noche encendido (no funcionaba el botón de apagado). Las amenities del baño un desastre, un sobre con jabón... Me ha sorprendido negativamente, un hotel de 4 estrellas con unas instalaciones espectaculares que no cuida los detalles.

Uno de los peores hoteles de mi vida

De los peores hoteles en los que he estado. En la 1ª noche estuve en 3 habitaciones diferentes debido a que había pedido cama de matrimonio y recordado incluso en el checkin y la habitación tenía 2 camas. La siguiente habitación tenía la puerta abierta cuando llegué, una llave maestra en la ranura y la habitación sin hacer, sin juego de toallas y con los muelles del colchón de una parte de la cama rotos, me hundía nada más sentarme. La tercera habitación ya eran dos camas juntas con ropa de cama de 1 cama King, así que ya tiré con esa habitación porque al menos tenía juego de toallas entero. Dan la sensación de desorganización y de no tener herramientas para cuidar al cliente. Una pena porque el hotel está relativamente nuevo y da un poco de lástima. Al menos en recepción pedían disculpas y trataban de buscar la solución cambiando de habitación y probando. Seguro que no vuelvo.
