John ayt the service desk upon check in was phenominal. Great customer service skills. Was very friendly. Offered my daughter candy (it was Halloween). Answered all of our questions and was just all around excellent. That man needs a raise. Also the rooms were very clean. Pool and hot tub also seemed very well kept. Breakfast staff was very friendly as well! We will stay here every time.
