Hotel is older; when we arrived there was no heat in our room! They sent someone to fix it; but it did not resolve the issue. We were upgraded to a nicer room without asking~ which was appreciated! Very clean, friendly staff, convenient parking for ferry!

Perfect for our needs. We stayed one night to catch the black ball ferry in the morning to Victoria. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a pretty water view at night. It has been completely refurbished, but still has the remnants of its original design (funky shake roof, completely detached office), but that was a feature not a big.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. We didn’t receive a free breakfast. It would have been nice if the room had a brochure of things to do, places to eat , hotel amenities in it. Overall it was good.

Staff was friendly. Loved the hot tub. Coffee/tea hot chocolate available in the lobby. No breakfast. The hotel is older but kept up nicely. The only problem was there was a touch of sand on the floor of the room. You couldn't walk barefoot. Hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable. Room temperature very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Large fridge and microwave provided. Beautiful views
