Staff was courteous. The room was clean but there was a big issue with the floor. There were screws holding the flooring down which stuck up and I caught my foot on them several times. The desk chair would not adjust. We were on the bottom floor in the front and it was noisy. We wondered why we weren’t assigned another room from the start. It seemed like there were alot of empty rooms on the back side by the pool.

I was a little disappointed that there was no carpeting and the floor was ICE cold! In one way, glad tere was no stained carpeting but a warm floor would have been nice when I had to get up during the night to use the bahroom!

The advertised pictures are totally misleading! It looks really modern and clean in the pictures, but the rooms are very old and run down. The place was relatively clean, but it was not at all what I thought I would be booking. I certainly would not stay here again.
