This is a simple, motel-style accommodation with a comfortable bed. The manager at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. The room was spacious, although it lacked a window, and the shower’s water pressure was weaker than expected. Overall, it’s a decent choice for a short stay, especially if you prioritize comfort and friendly service over luxury.

Quaint, quiet site. 1-night biz stay Great amenities in the room plus extras available at base of the stairs. Only negative is the bridge toll if you are not staying/working on the island. There will be a return trip.

Last minute booking due to flight being canceled. The staff is amazing! Jo called to confirm my reservation and kept checking up on me since I was traveling from the Orlando area. I was in a pinch and needed to work remotely. The staff came to the rescue by letting me work in the office. The rooms are amazingly clean and each one has their own charm. My son went for a walk near the boat docks and was greeted by a very rude attendant that threatened to call the police. My son was distraught when he returned to the hotel …one of the cleaning staff recognized that he was upset and asked if he was all right and then directed him to a different public access area to the water. If you need a clean friendly inexpensive boutique hotel .. this is the place! Bonus clean pool included.

You get what you pay for. Compared to other accommodations on the island it’s cheaper - and it shows. A/C in the room was very noisy. Pool equipment made a permanent unpleasant noise. Pool was not cleaned properly. Room was fine! If you want a budget friendly solution and your main requirement is to get a clean room and you don’t desire to hang out on the hotel grounds you are fine. Both ladies at the reception were very nice.

Spacious, clean room. Dated decor. Sheets & pillow cases appear very old, they were somewhat see through and rough to the touch. Matrass a bit lumpy and pillows very lumpy. We travel a lot a stay in many different hotels. We were dissappointed in this hotel. Have had better accommodations for half the price we paid here. And no, not tipping the cleaning person, this is not a cruise ship.
