Step into a refreshing welcome from the central A/C, and let yourself sink into the plush couches in the contemporary main living room. Surf the cable channels on the flatscreen TV while the washer/dryer takes care of any dirty clothes you may have.

Crack open a cold drink or pour a tall glass of lemonade as you unwind on one of the home's two screened porches. Connect to the WiFi to check out the forecast before you head out onto the high seas for your fishing outing. Head over to the shared charcoal grills to prepare your fresh catch.

Back in the recently renovated kitchen, you'll find top-tier stainless steel appliances, a long tiled breakfast bar, and a microwave to heat up leftovers in a snap. Set out the finished dishes on the breakfast bar so your guests can serve themselves while everyone gathers around the chic dining room table.

When it's time to turn in, this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home will host up to six guests with ease. In the master bedroom, there is a large walk-in closet, soft king-size bed, and private en suite. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, plenty of storage, and its own en suite. If you need more space, there is a sofabed available for your guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
