It's an interesting place to stay for sure, love the vintage vibe however the neon beer signs in the windows at the restaurant kill that vibe a lot. I would definitely take the neon signs down. Not too expensive and close to downtown Portsend which is great!

We had such a fun stay at Manresa Castle. Amber Dawn at the front desk was so friendly and shared all of the castles rich history with us, along with setting us up with taxi cab and restaurant suggestions and information. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable also.

Nice that the 2 queen bed room we stayed in actually had 2 separate rooms (with a door in between). The location was close to downtown, so convenient. It would've been nice to have a continental breakfast included. The beds & pillows were too hard, so not a comfortable sleep.

I loved staying in this haunted castle hotel! The bad was there was no maid service on a two night stay and there was no soap or shampoo to use. We had to ask for soap. The hotel was cool with old pictures and stories from staff though.
