On this visit (been here before) we had noisy neighbors. Even though the hotel seemed far from full they put us on the side facing the parking lot and traffic. Me and my wife couldn't sit in the hot tub together - kind of disappointing. There's a stadium nearby so can be very noisy if there's a game. Other than that I really love the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.

Excellent value for very clean, unique hotel stay. Really enjoyed the overall feel of the property and this was our second stay. Convenient location and was quiet even though close to high way. We dined at one of the hotel properties restaurants for three different meals. Super good food with a Japanese flair. Good prices and excellent staff throughout the property.

Wonderful Japanese flair . Wonderful beds . Quiet and very efficient air conditioner. Just an all over 10 star . Oh and the heated pool (a soaker pool) to relax in was incredible. What a find !

This hotel is a hidden gem! The spa is relaxing and the whole ambiance is refined and calm! Bidet style toilets and huge shower tub bathrooms! Loved the Sake bar and the appetizers. Restaurant is very clean and good!
