Nice hotel beds were nice and clean, but the room was big enough to have a better desk situation and tables. They didn't really have anything for you to put your stuff on not comfortable. Stay. Staff was nice room was clean and nice.

The food during dinner and at the sake bar was delicious. Pricy, but it's also a hotel. Aiden, our server was an absolute gem. Breakfast was okay, but the service was so slow. The poor girl needed another hand to help out. Beds were comfy however the pillows were too soft. Showstopper for us was the shower/bath situation. Bidet for the win. Large enough bath that I could actually fit in! Also took advantage of the onsen bath. It was never busy when we went in the morning. 10/10 would recommend this hotel!

Zen, minimalist, and def all Japanese

The atmosphere is very professional, zen and minimalist. The food was excellent, but fitting with Japanese culture, small portions. There doesn’t appear to be room service outside of basic necessities, like towels, extra coffee, etc. (I could have just not known how to look/order off the very handy tablet).

Really thoroughly surprised and impressed with this property. I booked it because it was near where I needed to go during my time in Oregon plus it had free parking. The property was really clean and nice and the rooms were quiet despite them being almost fully booked. I really enjoyed the sake bar and how the property felt. Also, I love how they sell bath bombs in the gift shop that was perfect and a nice touch. The only two small things that could be improved upon our ramping up be VIP offerings. I barely got mine and that’s only because I asked for the $15 credit and additionally to reopen the outside soaking area, but I know that is under construction and will be hopefully open in the near future. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was well located. It just is not walkable other than that 10/10!

Not kid friendly

Clean hotel great service, but reside lied. They are bath houses (clothing, optional), not kid friendly. For family trip I’d book elsewhere. This was more a couples, or business trip hotel.

It was an ok stay. Restaurant staff was annoying. I got to the restaurant at 9:25, and they said they did last call at 9:30, I said I thought they closed at 10, she reminded me they did last call, I said, it was 9:25, and she suggested the other menu. I got the chicken teriyaki… see picture. I wasn’t happy.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. The room was awkward for a family. It would have been nice to have more sitting area in the room. And a few more towels would have been nice.

Really enjoyed my stay here, it’s a Japanese style hotel with a bar and restaurant, I had the curry for breakfast, it was very good! The room was roomy and comfortable, the waterfall shower gives the onsen bath a run for its money. The staff was friendly and helpful, world definitely stay here again.

Very clean Japanese vibes, it’s a Japanese owned hotel. Hot bathing baths, super clean, shower and tub and a Bodet toilet! You must see.
