The Property is right off the Ocean! We could see and hear the ocean from our room and see the sunrise every morning. In the room, the bed was amazing and there was plenty of room to sit and relax. It was a little dated, but you can see that they had recently updated the bathroom, so I am sure it will only get better.

The staff was very friendly. The ocean was right outside your door. The mattress was just okay and linens weren't the best but over all I would recommend this property if you are looking for an affordable stay in Old Orchard Beach.

Cute little beach town and a property delightfully "stuck" in the 19960-90s....before hotels became so "corporate." Not fancy, but nice people, decent and clean rooms, sleepable beds and an AMAZING beach with gorgeous sunrise (set your clock!!!) . There's a train track about 300 yards back, but few trains and what we heard was short fast and didn't shake the ground. Definitely good value for the money.

The property was very clean and very quiet, but would’ve been nice if we could’ve enjoyed a drink by the pool or have option for breakfast. They did not have fresh baked muffins as advertised. They were store-bought in a package.

Great Stay

Room was clean, right by the pool and just a few steps from the beach. Check in was easy and the 2 gentlemen at the desk were friendly and hilarious 😂 Prices were reasonable. Definitely will go back!

On the dingy side

Properties always take a beating near the water especially if they have carpet. I hate carpet generally but this felt especially dirty and worn. The layout was cute, just a bit run down and not the best choice for the activities we had planned (e.g. Victoria Mansion).
