Friendship Oceanfront Suites is a clean and comfortable property with a great beachfront location. The area is safe and walkable, with easy access to dining and shopping. Not the greatest but it’s kinda perfect. The room is the size of a postage stamp and good luck on the size of the toilet. BUT it’s clean the bed and the couch were comfy. Service was great and can’t complain. Right on the beach very convient would stay again

Only one complaint they allow smoking in the parking lot and if you like leaving your windows open for the fresh ocean air your room will smell like second hand smoke.

Wonderful place to stay!

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The accomodations were as expected, while an older hotel, we had a lovely view of the ocean, and the room was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this place

Our stay here was just what we needed. The location is perfect being right on the beach and a bit removed from the hub of the peer. It doesn’t have any frills or updates, and it was a little tight for our family of 4; but it also has everything you need!

Nice 2 night stay. Parking is tight with 1 spot per room. They charge guests $25 to park across the street. A bit steep. The location on the beach is perfect. Nicely maintained lawn & pool area. There were 4 gas grills available for use. The room was more spacious than expected & we liked the suite & balcony set up. Bathroom was very small but clean. The rooms are dated but not run down. Very comfortable bed & room in general. Checkin & checkout was easy. Had to get our own water & coffee k-cups for the room. Overall a nice stay at OOB.

The beach was not crowded. About a mile from the crowds of the pier but walkable to the restaurants, rides and shops. There was a grassy area with a pool where the patios and balconies faced. There were a lot of families and it was a perfect place for the kids to play. We are a retired couple but enjoyed watching the kids play and having a private spot on the beach. The suite was small and could use some updating but it was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative for me was that the pool got crowded with kids and there wasn’t any space for an adult to hang out in the pool without getting jumped on. But the beach more than made up for that, and I did get a chance to get in the pool when the kids left for the beach. We both really enjoyed our 3 night getaway at the Friendship Oceanfront Suites!

The Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill is in a very convenient location, which worked perfectly for my needs. While my stay had a few service hiccups—such as no hand soap upon arrival, a safe that initially didn’t work (but was promptly fixed within 30–45 minutes), and some housekeeping oversights—the team was responsive when I reached out. Special thanks to the gentlemen at the door, who were always welcoming, and to the lunch staff in the restaurant, who provided excellent service. With a bit more attention to detail in room preparation, this would have been a flawless experience.
