Pretty typical hotel stay, nothing special but nothing horrible either. Staff at front desk check in were friendly. I gave 3 stars because for the price I paid for two nights plus taxes and fees, I felt the room could have been much more updated and clean. I could tell the bedskirts were not washed as there were spots/stains on both of them (I stayed in a double queen room) that I saw when the mattresses shifted slightly. I realize Freeport is a very popular tourist/shopping destination and this hotel is very conveniently located but again, for over $300 a night, I’ve stayed in Boston in hotels much more updated and newer with a cleaner feeling

The room and beds were comfortable. bathroom was clean. It was a good stay. The staff was nice and friendly EXCEPT the kitchen lady serving breakfest. She must have been in a BAD mood because she was slamming lids down and getting tiffy with people. The breakfest its self was pretty lame, fake eggs and absolutely no meat. No sausage or bacon. It also was a tight room. I've just had better at other Hampton Inns.
